  • ❄️ Schools are responsible for notifying you directly if they’re cancelling due to snow, ice, or bus cancellations.
  • They must contact you by 8:30 AM the morning of the cancellation by phone or email (voicemails count!).
  • 💳 Schools must also inform Lunchbox so we can issue parent credits promptly.
  • 📅 If a school requests a rescheduled date, this must be communicated to us the same morning so we can update the system.
  • If they do not request a reschedule, the order is considered cancelled and parents are credited.

  •  🔍  When submitting a ticket about payments or financial questions, including your Customer ID helps our Finance Team find your account quickly and provide faster resolutions. 
  •  👉 Pro Tip: Always reference your Customer ID when contacting support—it speeds up processing and keeps your requests on track!

  • 👩‍🍳 Ensure all staff are properly trained in order preparation, packaging, and health & safety protocols.
  • Double-check each order for accuracy, correct labeling, and complete items.
  • 🛎️ Timeliness is crucial! Schools have a very short lunch window, and late deliveries create major disruptions. 
     Your consistency is a huge reason schools love working with you—thank you for keeping standards high!

  • 🏪 Notify us of any ownership changes so we can support your business through transitions.
  • 💳 Share banking updates promptly to avoid payment delays or errors.
  • 📅 Provide at least 2 weeks’ notice so we can update your account smoothly.
